In early 2012, Allan Ng collaborated with the creative team from DDB Singapore to launch a campaign for Life Cycle, a local business retailing cycling equipment for the avid enthusiast. With an innovate concept using various bicycle parts to create recognizable geographical structures; the series of images were shot over 3 days. The initial idea was to give a silhouette feel to them. Yet, with intricate lighting, Allan managed to showcase the finer details on each individual structure and achieve a crispness to the images and that was the final direction taken.
