    4x5 Tri color photographs

These are some of my most recent photographs. They come from a series of 4x5 inch tri color exposures that I began in June 2012. Each photograph is made from three exposures on black and white film through red, green and blue filters. The sun moves during the time intervals between each of the three exposures causing the colors of light to come from different directions and appear prismatic or refracted. Applying natural light across time in this way results in truly real photographs that appear imaginary and require only analog techniques.
