This image belongs to a series introducing the work of Lluna Albert, a theater designer based in Barcelona. The image plays with the idea that sometimes our worst fears and threats come from inside. This is represented by lady Macbeth trying to hide from herself, from her own ghost. The ghost wears the same dress reversed, as a metaphor of turning her soul inside out, bringing her darkest side to life. The image is inspired by the natural tenebrism of Caravaggio and other baroque painters such as Artemisia Gentileschi.
