Children posses the ability to show the rawest and purist of emotions; every reaction, move, or word they say comes from a place of genuine truth still unaltered by others’ perception and untainted by expectations of society. For me, this shone through while watching my little cousins dance around in front of me through the view finder on my camera. Although their immediate reaction was to goof around and pose, I was surprised by the levels of depth they showed as they gazed into the lens.
