"All The Fading Words" traces the contours of presence to reveal the traces of absence, gathering fragments of untold stories drifting through the streets of Madrid. Rooted in a sensibility inspired by the aesthetics of haiku — a poetic tradition from my home country, Japan — the book cultivates a gaze attuned to what lingers between presence and absence. Many of the works focus on train stations, drawn to places where countless anonymous stories briefly converge and fade.My lens traces what vanishes yet quietly remains. The book also includes an inspiring text by filmmaker Arantxa Aguirre.
