Who determines beauty? Plastic Surgeons? Pharma companies, social media, and advertising? Cosmopolitan Magazine? What happens to the human psyche when we start to believe all noise? Depression, self-abuse, suicide. It is time we protect our mental health and move forward. I AM BEAUTIFUL. This project is about self love, empowerment, and the beauty of humankind. I have photographed 230 portraits of people from different genders, identities, lifestyles, and communities to reshape the narrative of curated beauty standards in society to be inclusive of all beauty from all people.
