I recently documented a warm, hospitality-led series of workspaces designed by SODA Studio for Great Portland Estates in Fitzrovia. Drawing from the area's craft and coffee-house heritage, the scheme celebrates sculptural form, bespoke joinery and a palette of rich neutrals with bold accents. Generous amenity spaces, detailed materials and functional layering unfold across two floors, balancing timeless design with contemporary purpose. Throughout the shoot, the emphasis was on natural light, texture and spatial rhythm, allowing the architecture and details to speak with quiet clarity.
