The Park Ventures Bangkok design concept is based upon the Thai "wai". A warm, traditional gesture in Thai culture. Representing respect and hospitality, the tower's design was influenced by this contextual, beautiful cultural greeting. The building comprises of both office space (Floors 8-22) and The Okura Prestige Bangkok (Floors 23-34). This building was awarded the first "LEED Platinum Mixed-use Building" in Thailand in 2013.
