The grey workers in the series are the old men I see doing their daily bread earning activities with same passion everyday, even after reaching the age of retirement. To many, their works might seem insignificant to notice, but the professionalism and absolute indifference to what's taking place in the surroundings (while at work) were common in these people. Hence their apparently petty or low income jobs appeared special to me. They are ( in order of the series) a street tea seller, a weaver in looms of 'sarees' (traditional dress of Indian women), a clay sculptor, a low cost tailor and a fruit seller in street, busy at work in Kolkata (India) and outskirts.
