This series focuses on the UK's only underwater rugby team, who play at Putney Leisure centre in London every week. The game originated in Germany and involves a team of six players, wearing flippers, snorkel and a mask. The object of the game is to place a weighted ball in the opposing team's basket at the bottom of the pool. The ball can go backward or forward, and most forms of tackling except around the neck are permitted.
