On June 24, 2022 the United States Supreme Court issued a ruling that overturned Roe v. Wade and revoked the federal constitutional right to abortion that had existed since 1973. In response, many in the country took to the streets in protest and calling for action. One such protest occurred on July 9th, 2022 in Washington, D.C. during a rainy overcast day. These photos, taken from various points of the march towards the White House, capture some of the scenes and emotions of the day.
