‘Petit Gille’ is the younger brother of Gille and, as a yearly tradition participates in the carnival parade in Binche (Belgium) and surrounding towns. For the little Gille, this day is exhausting and starts early in the morning at 4 a.m. and ends late in the night. In between, , while dancing on the sound of the drums and trumpets, they celebrate and welcome spring after a hard winter.
