C A S U S is the result of two days and a night of struggle, experiencing the worst mountain conditions in my life. C A S U S means accident, fall, or plight. Which is what happened that weekend. With winds above 160km/h, nothing stays on the ground, not even you. And it took me the greatest effort to head back home. But C A S U S also means chance, fortune, and fate. I made it back home so that I was able to create this piece and tell its story. The story of how we are never in control against nature, how we owe respect to it, and how it teaches you the greatest lessons in life.
