Biography

Born in 1973, Mahmud Tareq Hassan Khan is a northern Norway-based art photographer. Through education, Dr. Khan got doctoral degrees in Pharmacology and MBA in management. Since 2000, Dr. Khan worked mainly in academia for research & teaching. He started photography in 1987 when he was in grade 8. His recently passed away father then gifted him a Yashica (Model: Electro 35) analog camera. That was the beginning. He is mainly a self-taught photographer; yet learning every day new things, techniques, etc., through trial & error. Of course, millions of content from the internet (mainly YouTube).
Awards

1. In total ten European Photography Awards, one Platinum, eight Gold, and one Honourable mention at the EPA, 2022. 2. In total sixteen PhotoCrowd awards.
