The visual and symbolic representation of the circle is present in every shot. It has always inspired Papa's poetics associated with the "divine", "the all-seeing eye" and "omniscient". The architectural elements photographed by Filippo Papa are the main characteristic circular figures present inside sacred places and not only as domes and rose windows depicted from inside the place from various points of view, mainly from the bottom up. These elements are aimed at representing the "soul" of the architecture and the contact with the "divine" from the concrete to the abstract.
