Thousands of people march in protest for and against abortion in the streets of Washington DC. Where the groups converge, each side attempts to overpower the other's messaging with earsplitting megaphones and screaming signs. What remains are the hot blooded emotions on the faces of protesters. Few events are as divisive as prochoice and prolife. My hope is to provide a lasting visual document of the passion of these times - not just the protest signs and massive crowds, but a close-up view of the emotional canvas on these often rage-filled streets.
