The Bottle Series is a project that focuses on drawing attention to generally unnoticed objects by photographing discarded glass bottles. There are many things in the world that are ignored. Perhaps this is a side effect of social ideologies, or perhaps it is due to the human tendency to make snap judgements based one surface level observations. In this series of photos, I was interested in shooting the many unlabeled and discarded glass bottles that can be found throughout the world and I focused on identifying their aesthetic elements.
