I spent a few days in Bangkok´s Nightmarket in China Town. After the pandemic and a few lockdowns, this crowded market, with all its people and impressions, was an almost liberating experience. It´s an authentic place full of surprises and lots of conviviality. These people really give it their all. Every day, in any weather, whether it's blistering hot or pouring with rain. They are people who inspire you, their commitment is moving and fascinating. Streetfood is more than just food. It is a way of life. And these people live the Culture of Streetfood.
