Husband Sergey (L1) and Lumelia (L2) stood and frustratedly watched an unexploded Russian missile in the back of their yard close to the frontline in Donbas, Ukraine on Friday, May 20, 2022. Sergey was a production plant manager and Lumelia was a medical nurse, they both lost their jobs after the war broke out. The surrounding of their home was full of mines and potential explosives that will take months or even years to clean up. “I want the war to be over as soon as possible. I want Ukraine to be good friends with the whole world.” Sergey said.
