A conceptual art presentation is taking place after dark in one of Seoul’s substratum infrastructure. Amongst the hundreds of concrete columns that support blocks with historic buildings and streets above it. It was a decrepit and abandoned site. It had deteriorated for decades until residents and local artists decided to change it into an art venue. The show is the interplay of light intermixed with sudden bright colors exploding with vigor and force into the darkness of the underpass. It is a remarkable display of public art.
