Miriam Leuchter Beautiful, moving, complex — bravo!
Two fighting stallions were captured in Spain at a training facility. Sparring matches - this is what horses do when living wild. But not many horse owners allow stallions to play together. Keeping stallions alone often makes them frustrated, aggressive and difficult to handle. Horses are highly social animals and are unhappy when they can't interact with others. The stallions playing during this photoshoot were closely supervised to avoid any risk and after establishing the leadership they were happy together.
