Watching the team at Alinea, Grant Achatz's 3 Michelin star restaurant in Chicago, completely change the entire look and feel of a dining room in just under 5:00 was incredible. It was nothing short of a beautifully executed dance of details. I was thrilled to be able to photograph this.
