With each preparation breath she embraces her fears, sets her intention to reach the goal and reminds herself to be tranquil no matter what the mind tells her. She relaxes on the surface, takes one full breath and begins to descend into the ocean's depths. At this moment, time stands still, and the outside world fades away, leaving only two of them: her inner self and the ocean.
