This series I created in Amsterdam, where I am temporarily staying with my children due to the war in Ukraine. This is a continuation of the work started in 2023 It arose from a love from native Ukrainian Decorative Art, The "Petrikivskyi painting" and different examples of Naive Ukrainian Art served as a narrative for me. I even feel a therapeutic effect from this work. This series is about a beautiful world, love and affirmation of life. For me, these floral still lifes are like a bridge with the current place of residence and the Motherland, they are my inspiration to live and create.
