The "Symphony of Grit" series captures the Heidelberg Materials Calusco d'Adda cement plant, transforming its industrial landscape into something entirely else. The goal of my work is to make things we usually consider to be ugly look beautiful and capture the inherent magnificence of modern industrial architecture - brutal, monumental, and yet elegant in its simplicity and form-follows-function approach. Through dynamic compositions, textured surfaces, and dramatic lighting, these photographs reveal the plant’s raw power and subtle elegance, redefining the aesthetic of industry.
