L’inconnue de la Seine tells the story of “Ariadne” and “Theseus” during their months living in the streets of Paris, after fleeing their hometown together due to the hard domestic situation of her, until their departure away from Paris. I spent a year following their daily lives. The photographs attempt to convey Ariadne's situation, caught between her youth, driven by a desire for freedom and the harsh challenges that life has thrown at her. To do this, Ariadne helps us by giving the project her diary, in which she draws and writes her thoughts and her story through her own vision.
