Growing Up Travelling Continuing the Journey is an evolving body of work, built over years of return visits, documenting the lives of Irish Traveller children across Ireland. Through sustained access and trust, the project offers an intimate view into a community often misunderstood. By re-photographing the same children over time, the work reflects growth, memory, and continuity, capturing childhood as it unfolds within a distinct cultural identity shaped by resilience, vulnerability, and belonging. Familiar faces reappear, inviting recognition and a deeper sense of time passing.
