In an era defined by delivery services, sorting cardboard boxes has become routine. This work began with dismantling discarded boxes. As I tore them apart, I reflected on the quiet loneliness of objects that had fulfilled their purpose and were now fading away, and the unexpected beauty within what is no longer useful. Creases, torn surfaces, and compressed corners retain traces of time. In contrast, a flower bud just before blooming suggests another kind of beauty. If the box moves toward disappearance, the bud holds the promise of emergence, as both exist within the same flow of time.
