This series collects ten ancient bridges across China, dating from Song to late Qing dynasties. These stone and covered bridges are preserved historical relics, recording ancient construction techniques, local trade and folk culture. The photos link scattered historic sites, highlighting the profound historical value of ancient bridges as bonds of civilization.
