The series refers to the tradition of European painting, from Rubens to Friedrich. Classical masterpieces such as Saint George and the Dragon become starting points for transformation and reinterpretation within amateur and domestic studio spaces. It points to a shift in contemporary visual culture, amplified by artificial intelligence: from the authority of canonical artists toward a more democratic field of image-making, where artistic heritage can be revisited, reimagined and built upon by many.
