The Invictus Games took place over an extremely intense ten days where I captured images of the 500 competitors from each of the participating 18 countries in each of the 13 adaptive sports. I also wanted to create an accurate representation of male & female competitors, young & old, and physically able & disabled. Each image captures the raw emotions of the competitors. They also share the stories of inclusivity, support and perseverance, all while communicating the core message and ethos of The Invictus Games.
