Thousands of Central Americans from the Northern Triangle countries (Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador) embarked in a journey to reach the United States southern border in order to seek refuge in the USA and have the chance to have a better life, free violence and economic hardship. These countries have been the victims of gang, political and economic violence for years which has had a severe impact in their communities, forcing its people to leave everything behind to venture into a trek to reach a sole dream of being able to provide for their families.
