Emanuele Cucuzza Fragments of beauty and happiness can be lived in every context, although hard and difficult... Seeing the world through children’s eyes is maybe the secret of this surprising and strong image. I'm curious about the future career of this photographer.
La Princesa, Tijuana, Mexico. November, 2018. I met Diana, 8 years old, on November 21st in Tijuana in the Benito Juarez shelter. The Benito Juarez shelter is now closed because of health issues the migrants are now scared in different shelters. Diana had been traveling with her family from Honduras. When they left home to join the caravan they only traveled with a backpack and relied on donations of clothes and shoes. That day the clothes donations came in and Diana managed to get the princess dress, despite the fact other girls wanted it.
