The Admiral of the National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) saw the Smithsonian AirCraft show seven years ago, and decided he wanted Jeffrey to photograph his hurricane planes. This past September, the Admiral invited Jeffrey to Florida and flew the aircraft for him, which resulted in a series of NOAA's gorgeous planes shot under the best possible conditions.
