Human Palermo is a long-term photographic project started in 2017, with which I want to tell about Palermo (Sicily, Italy, my hometown) beyond the beauty of its stones and its sea. I tell the habit that the city has to suffering and endurance, marked as it is by the countless conquests and dominations suffered; the predisposition to integration and coexistence, to open up to others in spite of everything, to share life. I search the soul of the city describing it through its inhabitants and their faces, in a relationship of biunivocal and indissoluble identity.
