The health professionals are at the front line in this battle against COVID19. This demanding and fundamental role aims the protection of the community, which places them at a higher risk of exposure to people that are infected. Between March and April of 2020 i accompanied these professionals of Terceira Island(Azores)Health Institutions. During this time, aside of documenting their daily commitment, i witnessed their continuous struggle to gather hope and strength to overcome an pandemic that brought fear to their houses, separating them, in some cases of their loved ones.
