In winter, much of the Nordic landscape lies in a deep sleep. When a fresh batch of snow falls to the ground, the great outdoor becomes noticeably quieter. The land just goes silent when it snows and with silence, comes peace. This tranquil and minimalist landscape offers a highly purified form of beauty and in this stillness I find a sense of deeper connection with the natural world.
