Some days it seems that everywhere you look you come across images of the people of the tribes of the Omo Valley, usually presented against unnatural pitch black seas of nothingness, dressed in their most impressive clothes and jewellery, looking as they once looked 100 years ago. It is a process which will define them - and us - for years to come.
