At the end of 2020, after several waves of COVID-19, life slowly begun bouncing back to normal. Ukrainian artist Matvei Vaisberg is depicted in front of his self-portrait before the closing of his solo exhibition at the Khanenko Art Museum, Kiev, Ukraine. The known arrière-garde painter for the first time exhibits his studies in the Classical Art Museum, where he spent his childhood copying paintings of the old masters. During that first exhibition, the Matvei's studies of Pieter Bruegel, Paolo Uccello, Juan de Zurbaran, Georges de La Tour, were placed on the wall next to their originals.
