I swam out to this wave with 22 images left on my roll, and this wave was taken using up the last 3 frames on the roll of Kodak tri-x. I had pushed the film one stop in order to shoot with a higher shutter speed and keep the aperture at a reasonable depth of field. This wave was by far the most impressive wave to roll through, much bigger and super clean. The late afternoon light lit up the wave perfectly and combined with the glassiness of the wave suited the B&W film.
