These strange structures are located on uninhabited federal land near the Mohave Desert. Why they were built and how they became painted with graffiti is a mystery. I consider graffiti an eyesore, but placed in this setting, a new beauty emerged, especially with the ceilings allowing the dimension of clouds as they passed overhead. One ceiling was burned which was also lovely. And the floors looked like Jackson Pollack's work shop. Mostly medium format using color reversal film, also digital infrared.
