„Darwin Online” series: compositions assembled from photographic reproductions (scans) of blank pages that I extracted from early editions of Charles Darwin’s books available at the Darwin Online archive (used with permission). Each composition includes all originally unprinted internal pages of one book or edition, offering a never seen synopsis of the reverse side of each volume: the blank dimension, the emptiness, the void of the written works. The original successive order of the pages is preserved in the grid arrangements. Time and trace, old and new media, science and art, knowledge and faith, creation and evolution in the nothingness...
