The studio where I live and work is in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, on the border of Bed-Stuy. It's a transitional neighborhood where the gentrification that's occurred in many areas of Brooklyn is just beginning. It's already changed a lot in the two years I've been here. These images are part of a street portrait project that is an attempt to document the people and faces of Fulton Street before the neighborhood changes forever.
