Over the course of 42 days, Eric MacNair-Landry and Sebastian Copeland crossed 2300 kilometers of the Greenland ice sheet from south to north, on skis and kites. On June 4, 2010 they set a new world record for distance covered over one 24 hour period with 595 kilometers. These images appeared in the Dec/Jan edition of Men's Journal covering the exploit.
