These cityscapes are reflections. I found myself drawn in by the stage that is set by commercial windows and their contents. Beyond what had been intentionally placed in the window; beyond the sculpture, the poster, the painting or the lighting fixture, I found myself immersed in the imaginary. What existed on either side of this glass border appeared to give up its identity as the reflection of the external environment merged with the window’s contents. At the border of this merger, the boundaries of perception blurred, the inner and the outer worlds intersected, reflecting an alternative point of view.
