The setting for films such as "Game of Thrones", this permanent mass of ice covers more than 8% of the surface of Iceland. The area presents a great interaction between glaciers, moraines and geothermal energy. This is my particular vision of an immense frozen field considered to be the largest in Europe and that appears in the "Guinness Book of Records" for having the world’s longest sight line of 550km, when atmospheric conditions permit obviously.
