Refugess from Sudan enter Israel illegally thru Egypt.Israel does not deport them but also does not grant refugee status to most of them.Therefore they cannot work legally and live in apoor neighborhood of Tel Aviv,where drugs and prostitution take place.They are stuck-not accepted in Israel but unwilling to return to their home country where they feel threatened.
