Throughout three seasons of ski mountaineering in the Washington Cascade Mountains I've captured wide format panoramic images by shooting a series of frames from left to right in a scene and combining these images in post production. Many of these images featured athletes in the midst of adventures in these expansive environments. The images featured in this series represent the rare moments when nature is at its absolute grandest and the adventurers pictured are in the enviable and often hard-earned position of having front row seats for the show.
